Beta Delta Chapter |

The Galley Doors were a gift to Beta Delta Chapter from founder Prof. Scheuch. They once hung in the USS Montana, a warship that was decommissioned in the 1920s. Prof received them as a gift from a friend who was serving as the Secretary of War at the time along with the ship's bell. The doors were long thought to be one of a kind but an identical pair was found in University of Montana storage in 2000. The doors were professionally refinished in 2001 and hang proudly in a special place of honor. |
